DLL Canada invites you to

joining our Sales Support
Department.
This position is responsible
for application and
pre-funding administration
all of which is to subject
to given turn-around-time
and business deadlines. The
applicant will be
responsible to enter
application information;
augment application
information and issue
notification of application
status to clients. New
funding packages are to be
matched to existing
approvals and the applicant
is responsible for credit
and documentation pre-audit.
When required, the applicant
is expected to provide the
Manager of Sales Support all
necessary information to
resolve problem/outstanding
transactions.
Specific Accountabilities:
·
Entering Applications as
received.
·
Code applications to the
correct client and BDM
territory.
·
Pull credit reports as
required.
·
Score the Application.
·
Forward all Applications to
credit if not approved
through scoring.
·
Matching new funding
requests with approved
applications.
·
Creating new applications
for drawdowns on approved
line as new fundings are
received.
·
Notifying the Account
Manager if turn-around time
is in jeopardy.
·
Issuing client notifications
in a timely and accurate
fashion.
·
Ensuring that all “Pending”
and or “Decline” decisions
are worked with
notifications issued to
clients, and follow up
actions identified and
documented.
·
Reviewing transactions and
completing the Funding
pre-audit.
·
Responsible for following up
on transactions that are
funding deficient.
·
Providing the client with
the necessary documentation
for document preparation as
required
·
Handling requests from
Internal and External Sales
Reps
·
Other duties (general
office) as required.
Qualifications:
·
2 years customer service or
office environment
experience
·
Proficient in MS – Word &
Excel and Outlook

Strong attention to detail
·
Strong communication and
administrative skills are
essential

Hours
Regular hours of work will
be various shifts as
follows:
8:30am-5:00pm,
10:30am-7:00pm, and 11:30am
– 8:00pm
