Recovery Agent
As a Recovery Agent, you’ll
be responsible for
collecting and managing
accounts receivables for our
blue-chip, FORTUNE 500
clients. Some of your
responsibilities include but
are not limited to placing
outbound calls and accepting
inbound calls to consumers
and/or businesses and using
your negotiation skills to
achieve repayment of debt.
You’ll be responsible for
locating a consumer or
following up on a previous
commitment. You’ll also be
trained to counsel consumers
and assist them in
determining the best payment
options to meet their
financial obligations.
The better your performance,
